    • hi guys i've had a few images accepted yesterday and i looked through them and saw these weird blotches in the sky (don't know the technical term for it) i have no clue what they are. could it possibly be bad camera settings or bad editing? he's an example https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9573532 i think it looks terrible and would really appreciate some advice on how to remove it or in future prevent this from happening. thank you.

      • Sorry but i only see the clouds as possible "blotches"

        • The "blotches" you see are indeed clouds which due to panning have become stretched.

            • Defiantly nothing wrong with your settings, in fact it looks like you were intentionally panning when I look at your EXIF data. Very good shot I must add, with the clouds giving it a bit more definition!

              • Thanks for the kind words. I was definitely trying to pan. When you see about 100 ryanairs ever time you go for a session you want try and get some more challenging shots.
