  • Sky Shots - avoiding backlit?

Shooting a/c in the sky is not so bonny in Scotland. Iron skies are the norm.
    Any solutions?

    Thanks

Further as in larger crop area? Ill adjust the exposure in camera settings.

In Russia or Florida? It's like comparing Chalk with Cheese?

Make sure the sun is behind you. Dark grey clouds can make an exciting background especially if you get the odd shaft through the clouds. There will be at least two hours everyday when the sun is directly down the runway but at your latitude at least that hour varies throughout the year and the schedules do not vary so much so you get an opportunity of the various lines and craft.

I am shooting through my South facing bedroom window - had recent hip replacement - I only get a/c low enough on easterly winds. I'll stop uploading for a while until I can get back to the airport.

I mean Russia.)))) I’m sorry, I didn’t elaborate. With this comparison, in Russia they say that we compare the ass and the finger. )))))))) It is clear where exactly the finger, and where the ass)))))

In my case, my finger is the ass on the processing software.
