What evidence is there that they were not in a state of high situational awareness in a stabilized approach to a totally normal landing?

    I don't know and I don't care.

Well, for a start the FO seems to be fully occupied looking out of the window, when he's supposed to be monitoring the approach of the PF (it appears the Captain is PF here).
Even if AP is engaged on ILS or RNAV approach, they should be monitoring sped, and cross checking ALT and glidepath and they should be making standard calls, when RA announces 1,000ft, they should confirm verbally whether they are stabilised or not. Very unprofessional indeed. The only call you can just about make out is that the landing gear is down.
