Both borderline at best for dark/contrast.

Not much. There simply isn't enough light on the aircraft to make up for the fact that the sky is still bright.

            Hello,

Not a screener , but maybe I can help you.

The 737 looks pretty good and yes it's a nightshot. Look at the long shadow behind the tail.
A330 seems a bit blurred/soft to me. Maybe it works at 1280.

But the crew could have other ideas of course.

            Best Regards.

Both a touch dark, but otherwise ok. Yes, can be Night Shot.

Maybe a tiny bit of CW needed, but looks pretty close to being ok.

On levelling picture, so its better to take the background building or the runway as reference?

Always try to use known vertical structures as a reference. I have yet to see a level runway .

got the photo rejected for overexposed, have no idea why, the highlights and dark areas looks not washed out

Check the histogram and you will see, the highlights are blown out.

This Garuda A330 have a small panda sticker near the front door, does this aircraft considered to be special scheme? the sticker looks small and not really noticeable.
                                Thanks,
