3
4
5
I'm not a screener but will give my view of the photos:
#1. Needs CCW rotation, dark
#2. motive (cut off), low contrast
#3. blurry, dark, soft, centering, crop (too much dead space in the right)
#4. Needs CCW rotation, dark (also appears to be backlit), crop (too much dead space in the right)
#5. soft, low contrast, needs CCW rotation.
Also all of them, except number #1, are bigger than the allowed size for JP.net.
If you need any help to edit feel free to ask here, will be a pleasure to help. But as aways, better wait comments from the screeners as well.
Regards,
Vinicius

Similar Photo Rejection
Hi All,
Two of my photos were rejected recently for being too similar. To my understanding there can be the same reg but as long as they look different enough. Is this not the case with these below.
https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9222515 and
JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!
and then
BMI ERJ 135 retracting the gear after takeoff from bristol. G-RJXL. Embraer ERJ-135ER. JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!
and
JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!
Im not saying that they are wrong. I just want to better understand what is considered different enough?
Many Thanks

Yeah I don't get that rule either. I like how Airliners does it, if it's a different sequence, like takeoff rather than taxi, then it's good. I have noticed that some photographers have multiple photos of the same aircraft in the database and I don't know how they do it. This is definitely something worth understanding. I second this question.

The rule is: if the shot(s) is taken in sequence they are considered similar. The BMI ERJ not only is taken in sequence, they background and lighting look the absolute same. Same for the EasyJet A319, taken in sequence, however the backgrounds do look slightly different.
I would read the upload guidelines, specifically the part about similar photo.
I hope I’ve answered the question.
Have a good day,
Tim.

1. If two photos were taken from the same sequence on a same day, i.e. several seconds apart, and they show the same side of the a/c, they are considered similar, which is the case for the easyjet.
2. If two photos were taken from different days, but they look identical (e.g. same background, same angle, etc.), they are considered similar, which is the case for the BMI.
Hope this helps
