Thanks for the assistance. Will be sure to fix it before adding it to the queue!

      Pre-Screening Request

Wanted to get these photos checked for a chance to be entered into the database. Thanks as always for taking the time. Still not confident on my editing for dark sky shots. Feedback along with any photos would be greatly appreciated, just don't want to abuse the free pre-screening.

Some vignetting on the second, but otherwise they would be ok for me.

          Pre-Screening Request

          Hello JP Screeners,

Wanted to have this hot photo pre-screened for a chance at the database. To me, it looks like it may need some work, but I figured I'd check because I unfortunately wasted a queue spot and had a different angle of it rejected which of course happens. Thanks in advance.

Other than the dust spot, should be ok.

I tried finding where the dust spot was located, but I didn’t see one. Is there a better tool in Lightroom to be able to pick these up so I can fix them? I just don’t want to waste the screeners time with a hot photo.

Don't use Lightroom myself, so can't really help you there.

Lightroom has a spot removal tool in the develop module (shortcut Q). Below your image there is a tickbox which will allow you to visualise spots and clone them out.

                  Hope this helps

                      Pre-Screening Request

                      Hello JP Screeners,

Updated edit of this photo I'm trying to get accepted to the database. Hopefully the dust spot has been removed to be able to be accepted.

Unfortunately poor attempt at removing the dust; the spot is still there, and you've managed to manipulate the sky around it as well.

Yikes, okay, I will try doing a one time removal and see how that works. If you were in my shoes, how would you do it? Is there a way to get around dust spots? I've never had such a severe problem with them until using this 150-600 Sigma Lens.

                            Pre-Screening Request

                            Dear JP Screeners,

I don't want to abuse the pre-screening to much, so this will be the last attempt. Worst case, the photo can be saved into the personal collection. I used the cloning brush over the spot once. It looked better after it was completed but of course your opinion will hold more merit. Thoughts?

Still there. I've fixed it for you, but better going forward if you figure out how to do it yourself.

Was able to watch some tutorials, hence fixing it myself the correct way. Thanks as always for the help.
