Is there possibly a problem because I have already uploaded a picture of the aircraft?

A7-ALZ. Airbus A350-941. JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!

      Greetings and nice evening

nice catch.Needs a bit brightening and some contrast.
If the date is different, there would be no similar issue as the angle is different enough.

hello together, I was today rejected this image https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=6847198
because of CMOS Dust spots and too much noise or grain.

since I want to improve, would it be nice if a screener could tell me where these CMOS dust spots should be?
Unfortunately, I can not recognize any.
If it should be the dots under the lettering Air Canada under the windows. These are markings.
Also, I do not see any noise / grain.
Maybe someone would be so nice and could give me a tip so that it does not occur the next time.
                Thanks and Greetings
                Oliver

Don't see much difference between the two. Probably would be ok for me, but still very borderline, so can't promise the result would be any better if you re-submitted.
