As teh vitrual judge, i find Irfan guilty of virtual copyright infringement. Hes sentance is now 12 years labour, 20 years virtual labour, 3 years community service (and yes i was paid to make himm guilt regardless).

Anyway, that doesnt make sense why the name would put that image right back there. If you delete something, every trace of its gone, and if a file is made with the same name, then there wont be a difference. So that doesnt make sense because the codeing for that picture, and eveything else would be gone (including the upload line ect...) so most cases he did take it.

The only real way to find out is to find someone who knows about the uploads (ie server). And If I am wrong, no big deal.

Okay wait a minute Sam, you've been a crap judge so far ... you can't virtually sentence Irfan, firstly no judge can make a sentence without a unanamous decision by the jury, and since there was no jury, you're screwed . Secondly, there's no physical evidence to exhibit - only virtual evidence and that's just not going to do . This case needs to be put in the unsolved cases vault awaiting new evidence....
