when ever i install a panel(put gauages in gaugews folder, and panel into the aircraft panel folder) and try to use the aircraft it alwasy say"un able to load the guages file and it will be disabled and then my whole aircraft is screwed

Some panels dont work sometimes....if you did install it correctly (appears you did) it's probably the panel. Depending on what aircraft it is for, there are usually a few for each plane, so I recommend you get a different panel and try it again hope this helps!
