i have FS2002 and when a flight plan is laoded into either 747/777 and autopilot and LNAV is enaged it does not fly the flightplan. It goes in a different direction tot he line indicated.
What kind of flightplan are you loading? Are you manually entering it into the FMS? Make sure you are flying on an intercept heading for your LNAV track otherwise it won't capture it. If all else fails a reinstall generally works everytime.
