New scenery for Madrid (LEMD) FS2004

I installed from AVSIM. I like the new additional terminals and runways. When I flew on Ryanair 738 from Marseille, France to MAD at the night dark. I arrived MAD and it took me a long taxing. I noticed there are no blue lights on the shoulder taxiway along. Does MAD in real life has no blue lights on purpose? Or did the author designer scenery forgot to add blue lights? It looks like less visual than confusing green and blue lights too much. I think green is better on the middle line on taxiway. What do you think?

Has anybody answer this my question? Have you been in Madrid scenery before? or real life? I have noticed most taxiways do not have blue lights. Why?
