Help with homebuilt Talon XP

I have a photo of a homebuilt Talon XP with a registration of N731CG that I would like to upload, but I cannot find any info, namely the serial number, of this aircraft anywhere. Its as if it doesn't exist, or maybe I'm just not aware of some resources that are available. Will JP even accept a photo without a serial number?

I've attached a photo of the aircraft in question. Registration is under the tail.

Checked FAA stuff. https://registry.faa.gov/AircraftInq...lNumberInquiry I was able to look by REG, But the link sends you to serial Number look up.
