How to add an aircraft with a private owner

Hi there

I have been trying to add a photo of a new aircraft to the database, but I keep getting a rejection due to "Bad Info". I did appeal and request an explanation but no reply received as yet.
The photo is:

I have uploaded private aircraft before but a while ago so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
I have selected the following options:

Operator = Other & then Private from next drop down
Helicopter has been ticked

I am sure that it is user error on my part somewhere so would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks for your reply Erwin. According to Planebase database it is private. This is just a business name that they put on the side of their helicopter.
It woyldn't hurt for someone to at least reply to my appeal and explain re the Bad Info. There are, after all, hundreds of aircraft on the site that are listed as Privae when they are actually part of a small company.

Anyway, I will add again as Rat 5 Aviation.
