  • RAAF 100 Squadron

Please get the DB information about the RAAF 100 squadron correct: -

"On 1 January 2021, the RAAF reformed No.100 Squadron as the Air Force Heritage Squadron, under the Air Force Training Group, to operate the heritage aircraft as airworthy warbirds. It comprises the Point Cook Heritage Flight at RAAF Base Point Cook and the Temora Historic Flight at Temora Aviation Museum.[21][22]
Ownership of 12 historically significant aircraft was transferred from the Temora Aviation Museum to the RAAF in July 2019 and operated by the RAAF as the Temora Historic Flight. They are maintained by museum staff and pilots are inducted into the RAAF Reserve"

The CA-18 (not a P-51) VH-SVU is a part of 100 Squadron and as such is operated by the RAAF.

My recent upload was rejected due to the aircraft being thought of as a civilian aircraft. When quite plainly seen above it is not.

Hi Stephen. That P-51 has a civil reg and is operated under civil regulations. So despite being part of the RAAF it still is a civil aircraft.

We have the same here with the Air Force historical flight. All civil aircraft.

So the French Military Aircraft that carry civil regs are different then?

      Most unclear

hi, i got a rejection for the same reason bad info for VH-SVU. The screener left the comment "Raaf museum" but why should it be Raaf museum when the aircraft is operated by Australian Air Force as per CASA https://www.casa.gov.au/search-centr...t-register/svu . I uploaded 5 pics of the 100th squadron and 4 of them got accepted as Australian Air force except this one. Thanks for the help. https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=11439110

We do not accept French miltitary aircraft with their civilian reg/callsign. But with military serial.
If that P-51 had an military reg and was operated under their operation, then it is indeed military.

In line with their site, I created Australia - Air Force Heritage Squadron as entry. Still the sircraft has a CIVIL reg. So civil is applied.

Entries of VH-SVU after Jan 2021 can use this as airline.

if I'm not wrong, i did select civil for the rejected photo. i got a rejection for bad info-airline. I feel it is incorrectly rejected because the new airline didn't exist 20 days ago and Australian Air Force was the closest option.
