Are you joking ? Besides the fence blocking the aircraft, the picture almost has all other rejection reasons as well

Anything that covers or blocks an aircraft (with some exceptions) are considered obstruction. This fence is almost covering 1/3 of the aircraft and is therefore considered obstruction. Also there's other issues with the image - soft, centering, possibly backlit, maybe a little overexposed.

Obstructed, Backlit, Not centred, Not level, Cut Off, White Balance, Soft/Blurry. Take your pick from any of those rejection reasons (and probably others that I can't think of off the top of my head).

I would advise you to carefully read the guidelines and, another not negligible thing, some of the more than 9.5 million photos accepted.

Imagine that sometimes I take care of the correct angle with the landing gear and the chocks... to avoid an obstruction rejection!
