Hello guys,

this is my 1st time I post here in the forum and I have already 65 pics on here...

Last week I took a shot of this Airbus 340-500 of Emirates and I want to upload it because I like it. I am just not sure if it is good enough...

Welcome to the forums, nice shot, but its overexposed. Play around with it in photoshop.

I deleted the 1st try from the queue already...

Now I edited it again and what do you think now?

still overexposed. Overexpose can cause you to loose a lot of detail on the airplane, it just looks like a blob of white. You should see panel lines, dirt, etc. Check out the tail if you dont see what I mean, you cant see the rudder at all, it just doesnt look natural. The picture might be a little soft to.
If you post an origanal we can tell you if it can make it into the DB, and help you edit it.

well, its the best I could do, but the sun was so bright and quite low already...

Looks like its to overexposed to be fixed up to the standard to get it accepted, but I do like the shot, good for your collection at least. Just keep trying, keep shooting, you'll get shots on JP soon.
