Photo recovery question

So I uploaded the pictures I took to my computer, and all appeared to go well. Apparently there was a problem and the pictures did not save and of course I had to delete them as soon as they were uploaded.. I am in the process of trying to buy Sandisk rescue pro but their website is down.

Tomorrow I am hopping on a plane to go back home I was wondering if it would be possible for me to take some photos tomorrow without running into problems when I get rescue pro in recovering those photos? I guess it would be wise to just wait till I got home and got rescue pro..

If you take more photos on the card, it will overwrite the ones you are wanting to rescue, so probably best you wait.
