I plan on going Friday, Sept 19th, as well as Sunday Sept 20th. The weather has been pretty good, and towards the evening, the marine layer has been moving in, giving some chances to get some vapor trails, as well as what I like to call 'wing-blooms'. If anyone is in the area, our group will be up on Imperial hill from about 1pm onwards...
How was it on those days? I was out there on 9/18 and and was surprised that it was pretty clear out. I had a little bit of vapor action going in the mid-afternoon.
At least winter is coming and hopefully I might be able to catch a few of those super clear days after a cold front passes through.
