  • Spotting in PHL/CVG/SEA

    Hi,
I will be taking a trip out to KSEA and need some help on terminal spotting during my layovers in PHL and CVG.
Each layover is about two hours long.
I'll be in PHL in the morning and am flying with US.
I'll be in CVG in the late afternoon flying with DL.
Anyone know of what to expect and where to shoot at those two?

Also, any good places to terminal spot in SEA - what about outside the walls?

    Thanks for any help

CVG has a spotting area, but that is useless in the mid-afternoon as it is on the East side of the airport. If you can leave the terminal the parking garage facing 18L would be the best option for you. Airport police have always been friendly and allow spotting. They may stop by to run you through the system, but they have always been nice.

If you're looking to stay in the terminal, try Concourse B, pretty much dead center. There are huge glass windows and that's really as best as your going to get.
