  • JPG compression artifacts

    Hi
Attached image has been rejected due to JPG compression artefacts. Lately, I have been getting rejections for these artefacts even though the photo has only been saved once. However, I don't see these artefacts in this photo. Maybe you can give me some tips on how to view and, more importantly, avoid these artefacts.
I am using the latest version of Photoshop. I shoot in RAW, I only save once or twice in JPEG, no more, with the maximum quality option. And still I get these artefacts? Could the SD card be a problem? I have been using the same SD card for years by formatting each time.

Hi, two other things that could cause a photo to appear compressed:
    - Using a colour profile other than sRGB in your editing (the conversion on JetPhotos could cause a compressed appearance in shades like the sky)
    - Overuse of noise filter

      Hello Simon
Thanks for your reply, okay yes in the last update of photoshop I did not correct the colour profile sRGB.
As for the noise filter, I go to 30% at most.

      Cheers
