Yesterday I got photos of an Air Jamaica Express Dash-8! Beauty, hopefully they will pass screening!!!

I guess I'll be odd man out. I don't think the pics are that great. The first one has the wings cut off and is grainy. The second one is to far away, maybe if you cropped it and enlarged it, it would be more appealing, and the third one has the nose cut out. Just my opinion but it's up to the screeners.

What is your problem today? I realize I complain alot about certain things, but this posting was not complaining! I just wanted to announce that I have taken pictures of what I believe to be a new aircraft! I have not seen any pictures of a DASH-8 of Air Jamaica, and I justed questioned why this isn't being mentioned in that changing flashbar of new images on the frontpage? The photos were accepted and I am not complaining! So I am not sure, how what you have just mentioned had anything to do with this posting? Please read carefully next time before comments are said! Thank you!!!

Gary, I uploaded the very first Swiss Sun A.320 the other day, and it has not appeared in the flash bar. So what? I can live with that.

All I was doing was commenting on the pics, just like the others were doing. Everybody isn't going agree all the time. While I think the plane looks great and it is newcomer to the database I think they could have been improved. Candidly I'm very surprised they were approved, others have had similar pictures rejected and raised question as to why in the photo forum.

...I don't know it just seems like my attempt at a positive post for once was ruined by comments! I guess the next time I see a posting,"LOOK AT MY NICE PICTURE", I will go in and ruin it with negative comments! I didn't ask about quality, I just presented new pictures!

Gary, I do not understand you. You've had several positive replies to your photos, including mine, and only one critical. So what is it? Your shots are okay, most like them, even if they do not appear on the front page flash bar.

There is no need, whatsoever, to go into other posts in a destructive way.

Nice shots of that Air Jamaica Express Dash 8. I saw one land yesterday in PLS (coming home from spring break). For most of the landing (including most of the time used to slow down), the nose gear was off the ground. It was the longest I have ever seen a nosegear off the ground during landing. A very colorful plane. Nice Job!

First of all, my last comment was obvious sarcasm! Secondly the comments Tommy made would be like me going in to a forum about "BA 747's nice colous" and mentioning that "BA has a bad maintenence record " (wether true or not) Just not the topic!!! If I asked about quality then I could receive that kind of comment without complaint!

And.. IT doesn't bother me that the photos are not on the flashbar, but I made this post because I figured it was new aircraft news that wasn't open to the public.
