Should Ryanair worry?

Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody thinks Ryanair should be worried by Freshaer (The new Dublin based LCC) as they will be opertaing on very similar routes to Ryanair e.g MAN-DUB but with larger aircraft (757-200's). I am not sure of there prices as they are only open for bookings from April 2nd. I think Ryanair may do what they did to Go Fly when they started operating into Prestwick.

Don't think they will worry, rather they will undercut to push Freshair out of the market.
