  • Who has the nicest planes?

I was just wondering what y'all think is the nicest looking airline/specific aircraft in the sky. Could be interior, paint job, simple design, etc.

    My personal Favorite Cabins:
DL 757s with the new seats (leather headrest)
    YX MD-80, 717
NJ's old MD-80's with the new seats (very comfortable)
    CO 777-200
Austrian has nice looking interiors too!!
    New WN cabin

    Favorite Paint Jobs:
NJ's flying colors, BA's world tails

Favorite Aircraft to just look at!!!
    CO/DL 764's-Marvelous looking aircraft

    Least Favorite Cabins:
Old AA (Pre-MRTC) those baby blue seats just dont do it for me, WN's club style seating.

    Least Favorite Paint Jobs:
Spirit's previous color scheme, AF's dirty ass planes

Least favorite aircraft to look at:
    None!!!
Packin more nuts than Delta Airlines

Favorite Interior: jetblue-free TV, otherwise I don't care about cabins as long as I have an exit row.

Favorite Livery/Paint Job: jetBlue, TWA/AA hybrid, SAS Viking colors, Tampa-Columbia new colors

Least Favorite Paint Job: Delta current colors, United, Air Canada

Favorite Aircraft to Photograph: Any heavies

I have no favourite/least favourite liveries. I like most of the liveries, especially brand new ones. A while after they have been around they get normal, and another new livery will catch my eyes. Therefore I list a couple I find elegant, without them being my absolute favourites:

        Air Tahiti Nui
        Germanwings
        British Airways Utopia schemes
International Air Bahama (of the seventies)

Neither do I have a favourite cabin. As long as I have a comfortable seat, especially on long-ranges, the cabin is fine.

Likewise there is no aircraft I absolutely hate to photograph, every aircraft has its nice views, from the one or other angle.

        Regards,
        Peter

Cathay wins the inside/outside award. Great Scheme, great interiors. Their new First and Bizzy class are amazing!!! Economy is also great, well above the standard. I especially like their A340s and B744s.

Singapore Airlines have great interiors and great service too, after all, they have Nintendo, Cathay don't. But, I'm kinda getting tired of their livery. They should make a new one along the lines of its 50-year anniversary scheme.

Stupid Rolls Royce engines? Ah, I quite like em . Efficient, quiet, and good-looking engines
They beat those smokey Pratt & Whitneys by far!

                    Oh well....
