Short answer is that, presented as shown, it would not be accepted.
-The horizon is not level. Rotate the image anti-clockwise until the the top of the white wall in the background is level
- There is too much dead space on the right hand side. Crop to make the dead space equal on left and right side. The dead space as it is on the left is currently about right. Crop the right side to the same amount.
- The image is soft and lacks contrast. Sharpen and add some overall contrast.
I assessed this image on an iPad which tends to autocorrect images so if anyone else sees any other issues please feel free to comment.
