I would say from what I've seen on the Asian front Korean Airlines and on the European front Aegean Airlines from Greece.

I'm not too much of a Singapore fan on f/a's.

KLM are 50/50

Virgin Airways are nice since Branson likes it that way I guess.

uy707 when you say definitely many asian airlines its because asian companies simply discriminate against those that are not very attractive.
Those many asian airlines still have a Dark Ages mentality. They need to try and make it into the 21st century if they dare to.
