China Airlines A330 Picture

Hi,
The China Airlines lease of TAM Airbus A330s seems to have been cancelled at the very last minute. The first aircraft seen below (PT-MVA) had already been ferried as far as Auckland in full China Airlines colorscheme and is now on the way back to Brazil.

Chances are good. They are flown back to South America for the cure.

They might have cancelled that order now due to SARS

CI didn't cancel the A330-300 order. The lease of 330-200 was intended for crew trainings, so they're fully prepared when the A330-300 arrives next year.
