DL 763ER Seat Configuration

I noticed that on the seat maps for the 763ER they reserved a block of seats as "business elite seat only available on domestic flights" Are these seats any different from regular business elite seats? How long have they been in the fleet? Why are they only available on domestic flights?

This aircraft is also used on the major hub to hub flights within the U.S, thus those seats are only available on the domestic segments. They're no different than the rest of the Business Elite seats.

Don't they use a few BE seats for crew rests on longer flights & is that the row they use? I flew AMS-CVG on a 763ER last year & I think I remember one of the pilots sleeping in that row (10) during the flight. That could explain why they're only available on domestic flights.
