  • Back in the Cockpit!!

    After a 2 year hiatus, I am finally back in the pilots seat!!

    Out of Clow Field in Bolingbrook, I am flying a Diamond Eclipse, a very lightweight and responsive aircraft!!

    I have some cross-countries and solo work to do and then I am finished with a 6 year endevour!!

    Ah nice, you used Sonnys photo Diamond make their North American aircraft here in london, quite a large factory.

              Maybe, but I would have to retire in a year at this rate.

              Private Pilots License=6 years

              Going on that time frame, Commercial license when I am 60

                      Have fun! The DV-20's are really fun airplanes to fly, much better than any Cessna or Piper product.

                          I'll vouch for that, yesterday's winds were around 280 @ 13kts gustings to 23kts. Made for some interesting flying but the plane took it better that I thought.
