There are NO scheduled service between RoK (Republic of Korea -> South Korea) and DPRK (Democractic People's Republic of Korea -> North Korea).

And there are also NO regular chartered service between the two.

The FIRST charter service from Seoul to Pyongyang departed from Seoul two days ago, carrying about 150 South Korean tourists. It was operated by Air Koryo (TU154). The tourists are due back on a chartered Asiana aircraft (presumably 737 or A321).

There will be tours like this one in future for South Koreans to go to North Korea.

This is the first time an air service is offered between the Koreas.

I was under the impression that it was a one-off (at least for now). Future such flights will probably be on an ad hoc basis.
