This was actually heard by a PIA pilot operating a domestic leg, ATC at Lahore was instructing a QF flight flying over the country and pronounced the airlines name as "CuntAss --- proceed to" because the correct pronunciation is not known to many here who do not speak proper English, so the QF pilot says to his fellow pilot "this is the first time I have been called a Cunt and an Ass together".
