Rwy 31L/13R overhaul at KJFK

Hey everybody,
I saw the pictures of yesterday's re-opening of runway 31L/13R at KJFK. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any info on what was done during the overhaul and any changes to the configuration from AirNav.com.
Could somebody please fill me in as to what work was done, and if there have been any changes to dimensions, displaced thresholds, lighting and navaids? Thanks in advance - any input is greatly appreciated.

^The runway is being rebuilt wih concrete instead of asphalt, and it has been widened to 200 feet. The link here will give you a lot more details about the project:
