David Rapoport, a lawyer for one of three families still suing Comair, said today his office was notified that the civil trial - scheduled to start Monday in federal court in Lexington - would be rescheduled. Rapoport was recently hired by the family of crash victim Bryan Keith Woodward, whose previous lawyers dropped out of the case.
