The registration, like CC-COP or N57862. Military planes generally use numerical registrations like 196 or 92-9000.Everything that say is in my opinion, a screener might dissagree
If you are dissapointed of yourself, look at me and feel better.

This is probably "99-6143", the military disguise of N226G. The thin antenna on top of the forward fuselage is at a different position than with 00-9001:
99-6143 (older pic, all four C-32B's have been seen just wearing an American flag):

00-9001:

00-9001 and 02-4452 look similar and operate out of McGuire. They can be tracked quite well using ADSB-Exchange:
(use history on the left to browse through different dates)
N226G and N610G have the mentioned antenna more forward, and operate out of Eglin, FL. They have been observed over the years wearing military serials 98-6006, 99-6143 and 02-5001 (the last two on both frames) and nowadays hardly show up on tracking websites while using their military ID's. The two frames differ in window count and have different scuff plates below all doors.
