Unable to retrieve/reset password on previous account

Hi,

I have had to set-up a new account as I have been unable to login to my previous account. The system recognised the e-mail address address used for the Aldgyte account but the password reset or reminder message never gets received. Yes, I do check spam and other parts of the mail system.

I don't really want to run two accounts. I wonder if there is a problem that can be fixed.
