Upload Limit Problem

Good morning !
I created this topic because I need help. It's been two weeks that I can not post photos on jetphotos because I have the following message: "You have reached your daily upload limit" I waited 2 weeks for my rejected photos to expire but when I got: "5 queue slots left" I still can't post pictures.

I created this additional account for personal use, as I had lost access to the current account. But I managed to recover and wanted to delete this additional account so I could only keep my original one.
