some help with SW Charts

I have been in a stand-off for a couple of days with my Flight Dispatcher's exam on meteorology. I am searching through my aviation academy manuals, and I am not finding a single bloody thing about DECODING SIGNIFICANT WEATHER CHARTS IN PLAIN LANGUAGE. I hope anyone of you would be kind enough to help a fellow spotter and aviator with this most important information.

I must add that the meteorology exam with the Romanian CAA is very, and I mean very, very harsh.
