You have no registration or C/N for the aircraft.. you have put the aircraft type as registration hence "bad info" rejection. Can you not find out the aircraft reg?

If DA40EP is not the registration number, then there is no registration number on this aircraft, because I have looked at every place on the fuselage of the aircraft and I don’t see any information!

Did you look into the cockpit? Sometimes a brand of reg will be there.
