A380 Times at EGLL? And meet up tomorrow?

Hi all,

Had a fantastic day at EGKK today with my son whom I have neglected over the past few weeks as I have been having a rough time at home. We had a great day. So great in fact he wants to go to EGLL tomorrow to take pictures with his D70.

We plan to go to Myrtle Avenue and really want to see the A380. Anyone know what times they come and go? Also, if any of you names without faces want to meet up that would be great.

You wont miss me. Big red car, Camo Jacket, Gloves and Hat.

I've actually never ever shot at LHR when they've been on 09 so i'll leave it to the locals to tell all. I think Mrytle will be ok for 09R departure climb outs and banking shots.

You could try the pub behind Myrtle (kind of) or behind the Recreation Ground in the playing fields.

Thanks for all the tips. Just got back. All the pictures were worthless as you can imagine. Cloud base was about 500 Ft, real dark. On the plus side my son now wants to take piccies of planes with my old D70 and we did actually enjoy ourselves seeing both A380's dissapear into the fog.

Also had a nice new Etihad A340 that came in

He wants to go back again tomorrow but I fear the weather will be the same.
