I got this rejection Aviation photos - 5 million+ on JetPhotos, I personally see that the contrast are perfect here but it is rejected so...is the new version acceptable? Thank you

Hello I would like a prescreen on these mainly on softness and heat haze

1-3. soft/blurry, overprocessed. Not fixable.
4. borderline heat haze/vignetting
5. borderline contrast/obstruction

And are similar angle (like millisecond apart) taken in different dates counted as similar?
