Obstruction is an issue for 2+3, yes. Cropping is subjective on the other two, but the last would have a slightly better chance.

Where you were standing when you took the photo. If not at an airport, then typically "Other location - XYZ". If you were in fact flying when you took it, then 'Inflight' was correct, and you may appeal....

Heat haze and dehaze are unrelated. There is no way to fix heat haze with editing.
Try a different frame 0.5 seconds later.
1. soft/blurry, noisy
2. boderline contrast
3. centering, too far...

Reprocess the raw file and adjust the white balance to remove the magenta tint. If you have only a jpeg, this will be much more difficult....
