Hello. I just received two rejections which I do not quite understand.

The first one is a contrast rejection. I am not sure if the contrast is not enough or too harsh.
JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!

The second one is a dark/underexposed rejection. The screener(s) commented 'Dark tones too dark' however I am not sure what that means. How can I improve the photo?

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!

    Too dark/harshly contrasted in fact.

A bit soft in spots, but not that bad for me. Borderline chance at appeal.

    Borderline at best contrast.

I have no idea how should I correct the horizon, can anyone give me some hints/suggestions? (P.S. I do not quite agree with the underexposed part, is it really dark? )
    Thanks in advance!
Horizon can be tricky on those HKG approaches, but I can't see anything that says it's not level. Also bright enough for me.

I think the new nose cone made the 'raccoon' more like a raccoon.
Looks a bit dark, but would otherwise be ok for me.

Now I've re-edited the photo and would like to give a 3rd try. (Attachment as below) May I know does it clear up the issues above? If not, how should I make further adjustments to the photo?
First rejection seems a bit harsh; most recent edit would be acceptable for me.
