However, I checked the horizon before upload, and the layer of cloud matches the yellow line

The plane is probably in a turn, and the layer of cloud fades on the right side. Wonder if I could appeal this photo.

Doesn't really matter if the aircraft is in a turn, if the horizon is not quite straight it is usually a rejection.
