Hello, new to the forum, less so to JetPhotos (so sorry if I'm doing this wrong!). Anyway, I've had some luck with some on-ground shots, but I seem to struggle a lot with pictures of planes that are in the air. And this is something I would like to improve on. I'm wondering what I should be doing differently for these pictures to be accepted. For instance, these pictures:

1. low in the frame and overexposed. Should be fixable
2. overprocessed (editing halos), dark, soft, color. Would need a significantly better edit.

Hello, hope you're all doing well. I took a pretty extended break from photography and am finally getting back into it! Here are a few pictures I took at MIA, and I was wondering if there was any constructive criticism that may help me get them accepted to JP.
1. dark/contrast, overprocessed. not fixable.
2. overprocessed, borderline centering
3. overprocessed
4. too far, overprocessed, soft
5. soft, centering, overprocessed
All show moderate to strong editing halos. You should work on eliminating those first.
Remember, halos appear due to exesive use of highlights and shadows, and some other things depending on your editor, so avoid thoese
