The photo will not get accepted. There are many problems such as Quality, Contrast, Noise, Sharpness, Exposure and more.
I suggest you go and read the requirements in the upload section.

Picture looks very compressed resulting in a soft appearance. There's also a few dust spots and the overall contrast looks really dull.
