Pre-screening Advice for AviatoRay

i am new to jetphotos, and was wondering if you could give me some advice on the following two fotos, and if you think they would be okay to submit. Thanks!
This photo was taken in the early morning. Would this be considered a night shoot?

i am new to jetphotos, and was wondering if you could give me some advice on the following two fotos, and if you think they would be okay to submit.

Lack of direct light will always be a killer if you're trying to get images accepted here, and as such there is not much chance for the first one. The second would stand a better chance, but still not that great a chance. Other than the light, there are minor issues with noise and processing (light editing halos visible) on the second. It is not a night shot.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess I will not post them, or at least see if I can impove the second to be better.
