Hi All, just wondering about these two photos, both of them were rejected for undersharpen, but to me they dont look undersharpened, and for the one with just the Apache, I cannot sharpen it anymore or the bottom will become jaggy.
Thanks in Advance

Both these lack quite a lot of clarity and sharpness unfortunately, and I think the reason they can't be sharpened any more is simply that they're a little too soft in the first place. A certain amount of sharpness can be corrected and it will still look natural, but I just think these are ever so slightly beyond that. I just had a go at sharpening the first one from your edit, and it looked sharper but still not acceptable.
These two may be ones for the personal collection I'm afraid.

@Aaron: shouldn't it be in the prescreen thread? Looks OK. But, do you have a photo of the same sequence, but taken perhaps a fraction of a second later? The aircraft placed slightly ahead of the helo and more of the smoke could make it look more interesting.

Other than that, is it pretty much worth another shot?

Could someone Please give me a bit of help with these rejections that i dont quite understand.
This one, to me it seems level i lined it up with the taxi way in the back ground and the white line on the runway and to me it seems ok
This one i cant see where its blurry / soft ? it it around the tail area ?
How much over exposed ? perhaps the 2nd one is abit but i cant see it in the 1st ??
Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance

@Ben:
Verticals are leaning right, the tail looks a little bit blurry. While the horizon can be corrected, I have my doubts with the tail.
The whole photo looks soft, towards the tail in addition also a little bit blurry. I'd drop this one.
Strong contrast, a bit too much shadows but mainly overexposed. The highlights are washed out.
Mainly overexposed as the previous. On the last two, I suggest you adjust curves. This should also resolve the softness problem with the 2nd.
