Not the type of shot I often get to take. approaching the runway straight into setting sun. How do you see the exposure / any other points?

Indeed I was shooting with the 300 2.8 with a 2x which is sharper at f/8 but somehow I shot this one at f/5.6
I will upload the other one thank you
