Curious to see if this would be acceptable, somewhat of an unusual angle. Aircraft not in database also.

Not needed in this case. We generally fix categories if there are no other issues, especially in borderline cases like this one.

Contrast would be an issue, and yes likely to be considered similar given the recent revision to the rule (same sequence).

This would be rejected for horizon, cut off, centering, and possibly contrast.
