If the file on Flickr is the same size/resolution you plan to upload, then maybe ok. In the future, probably best to post the actual image you plan on uploading, not a link to a 3rd party site that displays the image at different resolutions.

I would keep that in mind an upload image an not on flickr, i went through the guidelines and i thought that imagehoster or other webspace to be flickr, apologies for it.
Yes the image is same size/resolution.
