Looks fine to me. Yes, 16x9 is allowed.

Halos are less strong, but still present, especially around the tail. Otherwise looks ok.

Halos are less strong, but still present, especially around the tail. Otherwise looks ok.

Halos are definitely stronger in the edited version, so it's something you're doing in your workflow.

2. borderline oversharpened

I'd try to sort out your processing issues before posting any more images where the sky is visible, as you're going to continue to be told they're overprocessed until you do.

Yes, quite soft, almost blurry. Also halos visible around tail.
